The following EMAIL was received from the Newport Uskmouth Rotary Club:
The date, time and venue for this year's Newport Uskmouth Rotary Draw has had to
be changed for reasons beyond the Club's control.
Raffe tickets sold out. A staggering £460.00 was raised.
ALL the money will be fed back to the school to provide better facilities for the children.
We have been allocated 460 raffle tickets to sell. All profits to be re-invested in the school to benefit the pupils. Look out for use at the various events and functions.
There was a balance of £3580.77 on 1/11/ 10.
A large amount of income comes from Clwb 200.
There are currently a total of 167 members, 159 pay by direct debit and the remaining 8 by cash.

The bus bay has been finished and the new building should be ready by next September.
Ms Dafydd expressed her thanks to Leighton Thomas for his ongoing support during the building programme.

Diana Adams has taken the unclaimed uniforms to sell. Most of the lost property is unamed, and although pupils and parent have been given the opportunity, little is claimed. On parents’ evenings we could move to another room and offer a uniform/lost property stall wilth a small charge for buying/
