Many thanks to Anne Anthony for all her hard work. The money raised by Cyfeillion Gwynllyw makes a great difference to the school. Finances- The finances look much better for 2008 – 2009. We hope that the school will be out of the red by 2009 – 2010. There is darllen fwy »

The school will celebrate its 20th birthday in September 2008! A dinner was suggested as well as a show next February. darllen fwy »


06/17/2008      Financial Report (AGM)


There is £3495.10 available in May 2008.It was agreed to donate £3000 to the school to be divided between the departments. It was also agreed that the money raised in this year’s Ffair Haf be spent on a new stage – this is dependant on receiving an acceptable darllen fwy »

Funding Crisis


In a recent financial report to the Governing body, Mr Griffiths announced the school had moved into a deficit situation at the end of the financial year 2006/07; other secondary schools in Torfaen are in a similar position. Mr Griffiths noted that:
